EU / UK Privacy Notice

This EU / UK Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR.

Linea Vigne is the controller of personal data processed through the Site and studio. You can reach us at studio@lineavigne.com.
2. Personal data we process
We process contact details, commission and order information, reference images you provide, and technical and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.

5. International transfers
We are based in the United States, so your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. Where we make such transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described, including legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

If you have concerns, we encourage you to contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in the EEA, your national data protection authority.
