This California Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). It describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you.

2. Sources and purposes
We collect this information directly from you, automatically through the Site, and from service providers who help us operate. 3. Disclosure of personal information
We may disclose the categories above to service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment, print and shipping) for business purposes. We disclose only what each provider needs to perform its service.
4. No sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, including with respect to consumers under 16.

- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

6. How to exercise your rights
Submit a request by emailing studio@lineavigne.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will verify your request by confirming details we already hold, such as the email associated with your enquiry or order. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization.
7. Opt-out preference signals
Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device that sends them.
8. Shine the Light
California's "Shine the Light" law permits residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing. We do not disclose personal information for third-party direct marketing.
